DELIVERIES
All Prices shown are Inclusive of Delivery costs.
All orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday we will do our best to dispatch the same day, orders placed after (3pm) will be sent the following working day.​

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday.

Due to the nature of the varying size of the products our delivery methods will also vary.
For Smaller Items we use Royal Mail & ParcelForce First Class 24 or 48hr Tracked...
​For Larger Items we use DPD 48hr Tracked Service or Pallet Services...
​
PACKAGING
Where possible we will use ecofriendly Packaging Materials as much as we possibly can.
​
Our parcel boxes are made of Recycled 100% biodegradable cardboard.​
​
We seal all our packages with recycled paper tape, 100% biodegradable, compostable packaging tape! Even the tape’s adhesive is natural and compostable.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If there are any issues or you are unhappy with your order for any reason please do not hesitate to contact us at info@remakecompany.com and we’ll get back to you ASAP with a solution.
We are only able to accept returns on certain items up to 14 days from when the order was placed and if they are returned unused and in the condition in which they were sold.

Due to the nature of some of our products there are many that we are unable to accept back once used due to hygiene reasons, so please contact us to discuss it before you send products back to us...

Please note that we do not offer a freepost service for returns. If you request to return an item to us you are responsible for postage costs to return the item.
